Cooking Directions
- Heat 1 ½ tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cutlets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until warmed through.
- Remove cutlets, cover with foil, and add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pesto to the skillet. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Pour in ½ cup white wine, simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat, stir in heavy whipping cream, and cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add 1 tbsp butter and season with salt and pepper. Stir until butter melts.
- Pour sauce over chicken cutlets and serve immediately.
