How to Make 3 Ingredient Blueberry Yogurt Clusters
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh blueberries with Greek yogurt. Stir gently until each blueberry is well coated.
- Scoop the Clusters: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, place small clusters of the yogurt-blueberry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each one.
- Freeze Until Solid: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let the clusters chill for 20-25 minutes.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until mostly melted.
- Dip and Coat: Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer. Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coat.
- Add a Touch of Salt: Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each chocolate-coated cluster and let them sit until the chocolate hardens.

Notes
Drizzle extra melted chocolate over the clusters for an elegant finish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
