Equipment

Method

How to Make Whipped Brie
  1. Trim the rind from the cold Brie cheese and cut it into small cubes. Let the cubes come to room temperature for about 30 minutes for easier blending.
  2. In a food processor, blend the Brie cubes until the mixture becomes light, airy, and creamy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Spread the whipped Brie onto a serving plate, creating a well in the center. Spoon a generous dollop of cranberry sauce into the well, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
  4. Finish by garnishing with fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.
  5. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, encouraging guests to dig in and enjoy!
