Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 packets Hot chocolate packets
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Topping
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Extra mini marshmallows For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butter.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and hot chocolate packets until well combined.
  4. Heat gently over medium, stirring constantly until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and fold in the mini marshmallows.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, pressing extra marshmallows on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
