Preparation
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butter.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and hot chocolate packets until well combined.
- Heat gently over medium, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, pressing extra marshmallows on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
