  • loaf pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-Safe Bowl

Method

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir until well blended and the mixture is uniform in color.
  2. Add the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup to the dry mixture. Use your hands to mix thoroughly, ensuring that everything is combined into a cohesive dough.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture for delightful bursts of sweetness in every bite.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Press the mixture evenly into the pan, making sure it’s well-packed for the best texture.
  5. Place the pan in the freezer for about 20 minutes. This step helps solidify the bars, making them easier to cut later!
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the set base for that extra touch of decadence.
  7. Return the pan to the freezer and let it chill for another 3-4 hours, or until the bars are firm to the touch.
  8. Once firm, remove from the freezer, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top, and cut into bars or bite-sized snacks. Enjoy guilt-free!
