How to Make Dark Chocolate Mocha Breakfast Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a medium bowl and mix egg, coffee, milk, and olive oil until well-blended. Pour into the dry ingredients well and stir gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread for 15 minutes on a wire rack, then remove from the pan and slice.
