How to Make Dark Chocolate Mocha Breakfast Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a medium bowl and mix egg, coffee, milk, and olive oil until well-blended. Pour into the dry ingredients well and stir gently.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
