Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tins.
- Mash the ripe bananas with melted butter. Stir in eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Fold dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each two-thirds full.
- Melt the Nutella and drizzle over the batter, swirling gently.
- Bake for giant muffins for 20-25 minutes or regular muffins for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
