Ingredients
  

For the Hummus
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 10 pieces Medjool Dates pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Water adjust to desired consistency
For Serving
  • 2 cups Apple Chips for dipping
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit optional
  • 1 cup Crackers optional

Instructions
  1. Start by draining and rinsing your chickpeas. Make sure to pit and chop your Medjool dates into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. In your trusty blender, combine the chickpeas, Medjool dates, cocoa powder, tahini, and a splash of water. Blend it all together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add more water as needed to achieve your desired smooth texture. If the mix sticks, just scrape down the sides and blend again until it’s perfectly luscious.
  4. Once blended, take a moment to taste! If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to add in a few extra dates and blend until just right.
  5. Transfer this delightful hummus to a serving bowl. Pair it with crunchy apple chips or any of your favorite dipping snacks for a delightful treat.
