How to Make Date Snickers
- Prepare your dates by gently using your fingers to split each Medjool date in half and remove the pit in the center. Arrange the date halves cut-side up on a plate lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Stuff each date half with about a ½ teaspoon of creamy peanut butter, letting it overflow just a bit for that indulgent look. Then sprinkle the chopped peanuts generously on top for the perfect crunch.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and silky, stirring occasionally. This luscious chocolate will coat your dates beautifully!
