How to Make Date Snickers
  1. Prepare your dates by gently using your fingers to split each Medjool date in half and remove the pit in the center. Arrange the date halves cut-side up on a plate lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Stuff each date half with about a ½ teaspoon of creamy peanut butter, letting it overflow just a bit for that indulgent look. Then sprinkle the chopped peanuts generously on top for the perfect crunch.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and silky, stirring occasionally. This luscious chocolate will coat your dates beautifully!
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each stuffed date half using a spoon, making sure to cover them generously. While the chocolate is still shiny, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top for that sweet and salty contrast.
  5. Chill the plate in the fridge for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and ready to delight your taste buds.
