How to Make Crunchy Kataifi Dubai Chocolate Bar Filling
- Preheat the oven according to the kataifi packaging instructions to ensure optimal crispiness.
- Gently pull apart the kataifi strands and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and drizzle it over the kataifi strands. Mix to coat.
- Bake the kataifi for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooled, layer half of the baked kataifi on a serving dish.
- Melt the chocolate until smooth and pour it over the first kataifi layer.
- If using, sprinkle nuts over the melted chocolate.
- Add the remaining kataifi on top of the chocolate layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Once firm, cut into bars and serve.
