How to Make Crunchy Kataifi Dubai Chocolate Bar Filling
  1. Preheat the oven according to the kataifi packaging instructions to ensure optimal crispiness.
  2. Gently pull apart the kataifi strands and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and drizzle it over the kataifi strands. Mix to coat.
  4. Bake the kataifi for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once cooled, layer half of the baked kataifi on a serving dish.
  6. Melt the chocolate until smooth and pour it over the first kataifi layer.
