How to Make Dehydrated Pickle Chips
- Slice Pickles: Use a mandoline to cut the pickles into thin, even slices.
- Dry Slices: Pat the slices dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
- Arrange Slices: Lay the slices in a single layer on your dehydrator tray, air fryer basket, or lined baking sheet.
- Dehydrate: Set your dehydrator or air fryer to 130-140°F. Dehydrate the slices for 4-6 hours until fully crispy.
- Store or Blend: Enjoy the chips immediately or blend them into a fine powder for seasoning.
