How to Make Crockpot Cajun Butter Chicken
  1. Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle your Cajun seasoning blend generously over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated. Add the chicken broth.
  2. Scatter the unsalted butter pieces over the chicken and cover the slow cooker, setting it to LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch with cold water, whisking until smooth. Stir this into the shredded chicken along with the heavy cream.
