- Begin by removing the husks and trimming the ends of the corn. Carefully cut the corn in half and then slice it lengthwise to create rib-like pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the corn ribs.
- Air-fry the seasoned corn ribs at 180°C (355°F) for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- In a pan, melt the vegan butter along with a dash of olive oil. Stir in the Aleppo chili flakes and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese with lime zest and juice until smooth. Chill the mixture in the fridge.
- Arrange the corn ribs on a serving plate, dollop the cream cheese on top, drizzle with Aleppo chili butter, and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and green onions.
