How to Make Tuna Patties
- Preheat your oven to the 'keep warm' setting at 170°F.
- Open the cans of tuna and drain them thoroughly. Flake the tuna in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop out portions of the tuna mixture into the hot oil and flatten with a fork.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
