How to Make Tuna Patties
  1. Preheat your oven to the 'keep warm' setting at 170°F.
  2. Open the cans of tuna and drain them thoroughly. Flake the tuna in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Scoop out portions of the tuna mixture into the hot oil and flatten with a fork.
