How to Make Toasted Ravioli
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with beaten eggs (or preferred non-dairy milk) in one bowl and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in another.
- Dip each frozen ravioli into the egg mixture, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the ravioli in your air fryer basket lightly sprayed for non-stick, in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly again, and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- For baking, place the breaded ravioli on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip halfway through for even crisp.
- Serve warm alongside marinara sauce for dipping or creative options like pesto or garlic oil.
