How to Make Toasted Ravioli
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs (or preferred non-dairy milk) in one bowl and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in another.
  3. Dip each frozen ravioli into the egg mixture, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the ravioli in your air fryer basket lightly sprayed for non-stick, in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly again, and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For baking, place the breaded ravioli on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip halfway through for even crisp.
  6. Serve warm alongside marinara sauce for dipping or creative options like pesto or garlic oil.
