Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish generously.

  3. Pour in 6 cups of water or chicken broth evenly.
  4. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 1 hour and 40 minutes without stirring.
  6. Scrape the crispy edges into the fluffy rice before serving.
