How to Make Salmon Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, dill, garlic, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Drain and thoroughly dry your salmon. Measure out 6 ounces and break into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together salmon, almond flour, mayonnaise, egg, salt, thyme, and black pepper until well combined. Form into five equal balls and flatten each to about 2-3 inches.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Fry patties for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Plate the warm salmon patties and top each with a dollop of the zesty dill-garlic dip. Enjoy while hot!
