Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather and slice all your chosen vegetables and herbs into thin strips.
  2. Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  3. Lay the softened rice paper flat on a clean surface, add fillings at one edge, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  4. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the rolls seam-side down until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
