Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Generously season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Create a three-bowl breading station: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally press firmly into the crushed pretzels.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk and stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then add cheese until melted.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving with the sauce.
