- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Generously season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Create a three-bowl breading station: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally press firmly into the crushed pretzels.
- Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk and stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then add cheese until melted.
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving with the sauce.
