Cooking Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder.
- Take your boneless pork and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Toss the seasoned pork in the spice mixture.
- Grab your wooden skewers and thread 3-4 pieces of the seasoned pork onto each skewer.
- In one bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another bowl, pour in the bread crumbs.
- Set your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with a wire rack inside.
- In a deep pot, heat your frying oil to 350°F.
- Dip each skewer into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumbs.
- Gently place the skewers in the hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- After frying, place the skewers on the wire rack in your baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve the skewers on a platter with your choice of dipping sauces.
