Preparation

  4. Bake until tender: Bake for about 30 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  5. Add the cheese: Insert small cheese squares into the cuts of each potato.
  6. Melt the cheese: Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
  7. Cool and garnish: Let cool for 10 minutes, then top with sour cream, bacon, and green onions.
