How to Make Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Wedges
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3–4 wedges.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, dried herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the sweet potato wedges in this mixture.
- Lay the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring enough space between them.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
