How to Make Crispy Crab Rangoon Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mix the filling ingredients by combining cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough into roughly 4-inch disks.
  4. Spoon 1½ tablespoons of the creamy crab mixture onto the center of each dough disk.
  5. Fold the edges of the disk over the filling and pinch to seal completely.
  6. Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
