How to Make Crispy Crab Rangoon Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix the filling ingredients by combining cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough into roughly 4-inch disks.
- Spoon 1½ tablespoons of the creamy crab mixture onto the center of each dough disk.
- Fold the edges of the disk over the filling and pinch to seal completely.
- Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes until they’re golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving with sweet chili sauce for dipping.

Optional: Sprinkle with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation. Freezer-friendly—prepare uncooked bombs ahead of time and freeze them for later use.
