  • 2 large Eggs for egg wash
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour for coating

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, blend peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, soy sauce, and water until smooth.
  2. Flatten boneless chicken thighs to approximately ½-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, salt, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Dredge each chicken thigh in the egg wash, then generously apply panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a Dutch oven to 350°F and fry chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice chicken, drizzle with peanut butter sauce, and serve.
