Method
 

Preparation

  3. Blend sundried tomatoes in a blender until smooth for the spread.
  4. Slice focaccia and spread sundried tomato mixture on one side. Add fried chicken cutlet and cheddar cheese.
  5. Optional: Grill the assembled sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden and cheese is melted.
