Method
 

How to Make Baked Tortilla Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the oil mixture over both sides of each tortilla.
  4. Cut each tortilla into 4 or 6 triangles.
  5. Arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes if using a light baking sheet, or 8-11 minutes for a darker one.
