  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika consider smoked paprika for extra kick
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or use fresh onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground for best flavor
For Garnishing (Optional)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and stem. Slice it into ¾-inch thick steaks.
  3. Mix the seasoning by whisking together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoned mixture generously on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  5. Arrange the steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  7. Cool briefly once out of the oven, then garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
