- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and stem. Slice it into ¾-inch thick steaks.
- Mix the seasoning by whisking together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned mixture generously on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Arrange the steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Cool briefly once out of the oven, then garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
