Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half.
  4. Chop the bacon into small pieces.
  5. Toss the halved potatoes in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the seasoned potatoes out on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the seasoned potatoes.
  8. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  10. Let cool slightly after removing them from the oven, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
