How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini
- Begin by washing and drying the zucchinis. Cut off the ends and slice them into rounds about ¼-inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
- Add the zucchini slices to the bowl, tossing them gently to coat evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If you love cheesy goodness, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Carefully remove the zucchini from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and monitor cooking time as air fryers differ in performance.
