Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil the lasagna noodles for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Cool under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Mix until creamy.
  3. Spread cheese mixture on each noodle, roll tightly, and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  4. Combine olive oil and breadcrumbs in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave until golden, and cool.
  5. Dip each noodle roll in scrambled egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway. Alternatively, pan-fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve with marinara or Alfredo sauce, and enjoy!
