Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Toss red grapes in olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread them onto a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the grapes for 15-18 minutes until soft and blistered.
  4. In a food processor, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), olive oil, lemon juice, and cracked black pepper until smooth.
  5. Toast walnut halves in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-4 minutes.
  6. On a serving plate, spread the whipped feta, top with roasted grapes and juices, sprinkle toasted walnuts, and drizzle with hot honey.
  7. Serve immediately with warm pita, crusty baguette, or crispy crackers.
