  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjustable heat.
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder Adjustable heat.
For Serving
  • 1 medium Avocado Fold in fresh for creaminess; drizzle with lime juice.

How to Make Creamy Street Corn Pasta Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese with lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Boil salted water and add your chosen pasta shape. Cook until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with the creamy dressing immediately.
  3. Add grilled or roasted fresh corn, diced red onion, chopped bell pepper, and cilantro to the pasta. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Just before serving, dice fresh avocado and fold it into the salad. Drizzle lime juice over the avocado.
  5. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving, or serve immediately.
