- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, whisk together miso paste, cream (or coconut cream), and vegetable broth over medium heat. Stir until smooth and warmed through, about 3-5 minutes; avoid boiling.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the sauce in the pan. Toss them gently until every strand is fully coated and heated, about 2 minutes.
- Plate your Creamy Miso Udon and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Optionally, top with sesame seeds or fresh vegetables.
