- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add unsalted butter, melting until bubbling without browning.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until golden and fragrant.
- Stir in miso paste until fully melted and combined with the butter.
- Mix in butter beans and vegetable broth, simmering on low heat for around 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving for brightness.
- Serve directly from the skillet or on plates, best enjoyed with crusty bread or rice.
