Preparation Steps
  1. Start by heating olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Let it warm up for a minute before adding diced onions. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they become soft and translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, then sprinkle in kosher salt.

  4. Pour in the canned whole tomatoes with their juices, followed by the vegetable broth. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
