  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or more Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

  • 4 pieces Pita Bread or flatbreads
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions
  • 1/4 cup Herbs fresh parsley or mint

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices until well combined. Add the chicken, ensuring even coverage. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but overnight delivers the best flavor.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill in the fridge while the chicken marinates to let the flavors meld.
  3. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken slices, cooking them for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Quickly warm pita or flatbreads in a dry pan or microwave for about 15-30 seconds until soft and pliable.
  5. Spread a generous layer of garlic sauce on the warm pita, then pile on the delicious chicken, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and herbs. Optionally, add pickles or pickled turnips for an extra zing. Roll or fold and serve immediately!
