How to Make Cowboy Butter
  1. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of melted unsalted butter with the juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon.
  2. Add freshly minced garlic, shallot, Dijon mustard, horseradish, cayenne, and paprika into the butter mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Gently add chopped parsley, chives, and thyme into the mixture. Stir until evenly distributed, and season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. You can serve your Cowboy Butter immediately over hot, grilled steaks, or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for later use.
