How to Make Cowboy Butter
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of melted unsalted butter with the juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon.
- Add freshly minced garlic, shallot, Dijon mustard, horseradish, cayenne, and paprika into the butter mixture. Whisk until well combined.
- Gently add chopped parsley, chives, and thyme into the mixture. Stir until evenly distributed, and season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
- You can serve your Cowboy Butter immediately over hot, grilled steaks, or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for later use.
