How to Make Banana Fudge
- Grease the pan using butter or cooking spray.
- Melt the butter over medium heat until completely liquid.
- Combine brown sugar and evaporated milk, stirring until bubbling.
- Boil the mixture untouched for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a heatproof measuring cup.
- Stir in the banana extract, then gradually mix in icing sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan, spreading it evenly.
- Allow to cool for a couple of hours until set.
- Invert the fudge onto a cutting board and slice into squares.
- Serve and enjoy!
