Method
 

How to Make Banana Fudge
  1. Grease the pan using butter or cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat until completely liquid.
  3. Combine brown sugar and evaporated milk, stirring until bubbling.
  4. Boil the mixture untouched for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a heatproof measuring cup.
  6. Stir in the banana extract, then gradually mix in icing sugar.
  7. Pour the mixture into the greased pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Allow to cool for a couple of hours until set.
  9. Invert the fudge onto a cutting board and slice into squares.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
