  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Opt for plain, vanilla, or chocolate flavors based on preference.
  • 1 cup Spinach Substitution: Kale can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup/Honey Adjust sweetness to personal liking; opt for less if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Substitution: Lemon juice may be used.
  • 1 cup Coconut Water Substitution: Use any natural or dairy-free milk if preferred.
Optional Boosters
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds Can be replaced with chia seeds or oats.
  • Spirulina Can be omitted if not available.

How to Make Avocado Smoothie
  1. Peel and pit the avocado, then slice or dice it. To preserve its color, sprinkle with lime juice, freezing the slices on a parchment-lined sheet for about 1 hour before storing them in a Ziploc bag.
  2. In your blender, combine the frozen avocado along with frozen pineapple, spinach, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, lime juice, and coconut water. Add any optional ingredients you'd like!
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water a little at a time, then blend again until you reach a smooth and creamy texture.
  4. Pour your vibrant avocado smoothie into a glass and feel free to garnish it with hemp seeds or any other toppings you love!
