  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
Vegetables

  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz Mushrooms Sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for serving

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  4. Break the lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the pot. Cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once noodles are soft, lower heat and mix in the Alfredo sauce. Stir until well combined.
  6. Add the spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with seasoned salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and finish with Parmesan cheese.
