- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each slice with olive oil and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat cranberries in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they start to burst.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup and cook until syrupy for another 2-3 minutes, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous amount of Brie cheese and return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes until melty.
- Finish by adding apple slices and spooning the cranberry mixture on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
