Method

Instructions
  1. Brown the Beef: In a large sauté pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Don’t forget to drain any excess grease.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the olive oil, chopped onion, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the onions are soft and fragrant.
  3. Add Sauce and Broth: Pour in the marinara sauce and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring this to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Simmer Together: Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Incorporate Gnocchi: Stir in the potato gnocchi, cover again, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Melt the Cheese: Off the heat, stir in the shredded mozzarella until it’s melted.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Sprinkle freshly grated Parmigiano reggiano on top and serve immediately.
