How to Make Easy Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
  1. Rinse the black beans thoroughly to remove excess sodium.
  2. Place the raw chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
  3. Pour the undrained corn and Rotel tomatoes over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix, cumin, chili powder, and onion powder over the ingredients. Stir gently.
  5. Place the block of light cream cheese on top of the mixture without mixing it.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the chili. Stir everything together.
