- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a medium baking dish.
- Steam or blanch your fresh mixed vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes until they are just tender; drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your prepared vegetables with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, shredded cheese, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the vegetable mixture into your greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until well combined, then sprinkle generously over the vegetable filling.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until golden-brown on top.
- Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
