- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and syrup. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Add the frozen banana, avocado, pitted dates, plant milk, spirulina powder, and vanilla extract to your blender. Blend on high until silky smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Place scoops of the cookie dough atop the smoothie and optionally sprinkle with chocolate-covered chia seeds or cacao nibs.
