Ingredients

For the Smoothie
  • 2 cups Frozen Banana Adds natural sweetness and a creamy texture; substitute with any frozen fruit for a different flavor.
  • 1 fruit Avocado Provides creaminess and healthy fats; half an avocado helps thicken the smoothie.
  • 3 pieces Pitted Dates Natural sweetener loaded with fiber; maple syrup or agave can be used instead.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plant Milk Liquid base for blending; flax milk is a great choice for added omega-3s.
  • 1 tablespoon Spirulina Powder Gives the smoothie its vibrant blue color and nutrients.
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract Enhances overall flavor; opt for pure, not imitation.
For the Cookie Dough Topping
  • 1 cup Almond Flour Gluten-free base for the cookie dough; safe for eating raw.
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter Binds ingredients together while adding protein.
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Agave Syrup Sweetens the cookie dough; honey can be used as a substitute.
