Method
 

Pancake Instructions
  1. Prepare Cinnamon Filling: Mix melted butter with brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined. Transfer to a ziplock bag and let thicken for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Make Pancake Batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, milk, vegetable oil, and beaten egg until just combined.
  3. Make Glaze: Heat cream cheese and melted butter in a bowl, whisk until smooth, then blend in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Cook Pancakes: Preheat skillet over low heat. Pour ½ cup of batter onto skillet and pipe a cinnamon swirl on top. Cook until bubbles form and edges dry, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Stack pancakes, drizzle with cream cheese glaze, and add optional toppings like powdered sugar or chopped nuts.
