How to Make Chickpea Flour Crackers
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chickpea flour, olive oil, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out gently to a thickness of 1-2 mm.
- Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into squares or rectangles. Transfer them to the lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
