Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, enclosing a piece of cheddar cheese in the center.
  4. Mix together ketchup and mustard in a small bowl for the glaze.
  5. Brush the prepared glaze generously over each meatloaf bite.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
