Ingredients
  

For the Pasta and Filling
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 9 ounces Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini Ensure freshness
  • 2 cups Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cooked and cut into pieces
  • 5 slices Bacon Cook until crispy
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Fat-Free Half and Half Can use full-fat
  • 1/2 cup White Cooking Wine Can substitute with more broth
  • 2 tablespoons Reduced Fat Margarine Can use butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour To thicken the sauce
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium-high heat until crispy.
  3. Melt the margarine in the same pot, then add minced garlic, chicken broth, and white wine. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine half and half, mozzarella cheese, and flour into the pot. Stir until it starts to simmer and thicken.
  5. Add brussels sprouts, tortellini, chicken, and half of the bacon crumbles. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mix to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with parmesan cheese and the remaining bacon crumbles. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Broil on high for 5 minutes for an extra crispy top.
