Cooking Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Melt the margarine in the same pot, then add minced garlic, chicken broth, and white wine. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Combine half and half, mozzarella cheese, and flour into the pot. Stir until it starts to simmer and thicken.
- Add brussels sprouts, tortellini, chicken, and half of the bacon crumbles. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mix to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Top with parmesan cheese and the remaining bacon crumbles. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Broil on high for 5 minutes for an extra crispy top.
