  • 4 oz American Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella are alternatives.
  • 1 cup Pickles Optional, but recommended for freshness.
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce Optional for extra texture.

How to Make Cheeseburger Biscuit Bites
  1. In a skillet, crumble and cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar into the cooked beef. Mix well.
  3. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil. Press each biscuit into 8 muffin cups.
  4. Evenly divide the meat mixture among the biscuit-lined cups.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and top each cup with a square of American cheese. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with extra ketchup, pickles, and shredded lettuce if desired.
